Common Good Catalyst’s founder Grace Olscamp is a communications strategist, storyteller, organizer, and advocate with a decade of experience uplifting mission-driven work across nonprofits, government, and cultural institutions. Her goal is to connect people with causes that matter and to share the tools that bring those causes to life.

Grace’s work is grounded in collaboration, equity, and a deep respect for the people she serves. She has worked as a state-level lobbyist, a federal campaign director, a public relations consultant, and a communications manager. Her expertise lie in the environmental, arts, and culture industries. Grace thrives at the intersection of strategy and creativity—turning impact data into compelling narratives and big-pictures goals into tangible results.
